Fees in USD are based on the calculation of 1 USD = ¥160 and are subject to change on the actual transaction date.

- For final confirmation of your student registration, a proof of status (an official letter written in English by the Head of the University on official University letterhead) should be submitted.
The Congress Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case we do not receive the proper documentation.

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All registration fees are quoted in Yen (￥) and taxes are included.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Only credit card payment is accepted (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB).
CANCELLATION
(i) Until the end of November 2024: 20% refund minus a 20% handling charge
(ii) December 2024 to 31 January 2025: 50% refund minus a 20% handling charge
(iii) From 1 February 2025 - no refund
